Mission

Our mission is to create a generation of environmentally and socially responsible citizens who act with compassion and take responsibility for the well-being of people, animals and the environment in which they live.

Aims

• To provide free resources to educate and engage children in animal welfare & animal sentience
• To bring animal welfare within the sphere of social responsibility
• To provide all children interested in animals with a positive extra-curricular learning environment.
• To use our educational program to assist child learning development in key areas such as reading, writing, math, science and inter-personal skills

Core Objectives for 2011

1. To produce and make freely available lesson plans and materials for teachers to use in schools.
2. To produce materials for extra-curricular programs in animal welfare which can be used by volunteers to educate children in after-school clubs, youth clubs and summer clubs.
